A very simple question. Sometimes our drives are monotonous. Sometimes they're glorious. Most of the time they fall somewhere in between.
But what did you see driving today?
Me, I saw chickens pecking around a yard, about 20 feet away from the highway. You?

every day I see cars left on the side of the highway. I guess people don't take care of their cars down here!? Or their tire blows...
I've also seen two dead dogs...
garbage and plastic bags blowing around...
last night i saw a dead cat :-/
this morning i saw kids walking to school (and i got stuck behind a school bus...)
i saw two people riding their bikes for the second time this week. they're two old, tan, wrinkled people (like most of the florida population...). they're quite a sight. last time they were right next to each other. today the woman was about a block behind. i thought to myself "wait up!!" ha.
i also saw two kids waiting for the school bus at like 9 -- what time does school start nowadays??
9:00 is so late! middle / HS starts at 730 here, the younger grades at 830.
i drive by three dunkin donuts, two McDonalds, a Wendy's, a KFC, a Pizza Hut, an Applebee's, a couple ethnic restaurants, a Korean grocery store, a lot of construction workers, a Panera, Joe Biden's old parish, a boutique garden, a couple museums, DuPont chemical whatnot, and a partridge in a pear tree.
What a list of stuff we pass by. Isn't it funny how we can people watch and get to know people just by passing by?
I see...
the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked,
dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking for an angry fix;
Angel-headed hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection
to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night.
mike: ginsberg?
today I saw a plumbing truck/van. The name of the company? Romance (plumbing services).
stuck behind the same school bus again today.
i think i need to leave about three minutes earlier
saw another dead dog today... :(
Welcome to Texas.
One day last week, I drove home into the golden sunset. It was pouring rain. . .very strange.
